Role Description
We are seeking highly skilled AI prompt engineers to spearhead our automated
content production initiatives. This role is at the intersection of generative AI
technology and professional storytelling. You will be responsible for building, optimising, and managing a seamless pipeline that converts written scripts into high-
quality, engagement-driven video content.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Automation: Develop and refine scalable workflows to transform scripts
into storyboards, generated scenes, and final video assets using AI.
Content Generation: Leverage text-to-video, image-to-video, and voice synthesis
tools to create lifelike avatars and high-fidelity visuals.
Model Fine-Tuning: Optimise generative models (e.g., Stable Video Diffusion,
Kling AI) to maintain consistent character design and visual branding.
Technical Quality Control: Audit AI outputs for synchronisation, audio clarity, and
visual artifacts to ensure professional standards.
Cross-Functional Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI platforms (Runway, Sora,
HeyGen, flow, veo, etc.) with editing suites.
Technical Requirements:
Generative AI Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with tools like HeyGen, Sora,
Runway Gen-3, or Pika Labs.
Programming: Strong Python skills for automation, API integration, and model
manipulation.
Prompt Engineering: Ability to craft complex, multi-step prompts for precise
control over pacing and cinematic framing.
Video Fundamentals-
Solid understanding of colour theory, framing, and narrative pacing in post-production.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with voice cloning and synthetic audio
Familiarity with video manipulation.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, mass communication, or a related field.
