Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Co-Pilot Prompt Engineer to join their innovative team. As a Co-Pilot Prompt Engineer, you will be part of the Technology Development Department supporting the Automation and AI Solutions Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and technical expertise, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Define and prioritize product requirements to enable developers to utilize Copilot & Prompt Engineering effectively.
- Engage hands-on with Copilot for instructions, prompts, skills, and agent creation.
- Develop and refine agentic solutions using Copilot Studio and related AI tools.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, UI/UX Designers, and Product Owners to develop innovative solutions.
- Coordinate project management activities and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams and departments.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience in software development or AI tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
- Deep understanding of Copilot, Prompt Engineering, and AI application development.
- Hands-on experience designing and building applications using Copilot and creating skills and agents.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
