Working closely with AI, product, compliance, and business teams, this role translates complex business requirements into effective AI solutions while driving prompt quality, evaluation, governance, and continuous improvement.

About the Role:
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for enterprise-grade Large Language Model (LLM) applications across multiple business functions.
- Develop structured prompting frameworks, including system instructions, few-shot examples, chain-of-thought workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) strategies.
- Conduct prompt evaluations and experimentation to improve output quality, consistency, reliability, and user experience.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks such as hallucinations, prompt injection vulnerabilities, and output inconsistencies.
- Maintain prompt libraries, documentation, version control, and performance benchmarks in line with AI governance standards.
- Contribute to responsible AI practices by embedding safety, fairness, transparency, and compliance considerations into prompt design.
- Act as a subject matter expert on prompt engineering, generative AI, and emerging industry best practices.
About You
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering in a professional environment.
- Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and language precision.
- Hands-on experience with leading AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of prompt evaluation methodologies, testing frameworks, and AI quality assurance practices.
- Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, agentic AI frameworks, or AI evaluation tools such as LangSmith, DeepEval, or RAGAS.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and experimentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, Technical Writing, AI, or a related field preferred.
