About the Role
We're looking for a Solutions Prompt Engineer who enjoys solving real-world business problems using AI. You'll work closely with enterprise customers to design AI-powered solutions, optimize prompts, and help customers successfully adopt Unstract. You'll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer business requirements and identify AI automation opportunities.
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for document extraction and AI-powered workflows.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to technical and business audiences.
- Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and platform adoption.
- Provide technical guidance during customer evaluations, solution design, and integrations.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Create prompt libraries, workflow templates, technical documentation, and best practices.
- Surface customer insights to influence product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent Unstract at customer meetings and industry events.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of professional experience, with 1+ year of hands-on expertise in Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, or similar LLMs.
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, LLMs, and AI-powered document processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain
- technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers in Solutions
- Engineering, Technical Consulting, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with APIs and workflow automation tools.
- Knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases,
- or document intelligence solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with prompt evaluation and optimization is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
