About the Role

We're looking for a Solutions Prompt Engineer who enjoys solving real-world business problems using AI. You'll work closely with enterprise customers to design AI-powered solutions, optimize prompts, and help customers successfully adopt Unstract. You'll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer business requirements and identify AI automation opportunities.
Design, test, and optimize prompts for document extraction and AI-powered workflows.
Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to technical and business audiences.
Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and platform adoption.
Provide technical guidance during customer evaluations, solution design, and integrations.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
Create prompt libraries, workflow templates, technical documentation, and best practices.
Surface customer insights to influence product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
Represent Unstract at customer meetings and industry events.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.

What You Bring

3+ years of professional experience, with 1+ year of hands-on expertise in Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
Hands-on experience designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, or similar LLMs.
Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, LLMs, and AI-powered document processing.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain
technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers in Solutions
Engineering, Technical Consulting, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing role.
Familiarity with APIs and workflow automation tools.
Knowledge of Python is a plus.
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases,
or document intelligence solutions is a plus.
Familiarity with prompt evaluation and optimization is a plus.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
