As a Prompt Engineer, you will be the creative mind behind character-driven prompts, shaping stories, personalities, and emotional layers for our AI platform. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical knowledge in prompt engineering, and the ability to bring innovative ideas. You’ll play an integral part in testing characters, refining features, and continually challenging the team to create new content.
Your primary mission is to craft compelling prompts that elevate chat experiences and add depth to our AI platform. You’ll bring characters to life through rich storytelling, layered emotions, and creative challenges while collaborating closely with the team to launch new features and refine existing ones.
Reporting directly to our CTO Michael, you’ll be responsible for:
Prompt and Character Development:
Develop and craft prompts that align with product goals, focusing on depth, emotional nuance, and character storylines
Create and build out characters’ backstories, personalities, and unique attributes to enhance user engagement and immersion
Experiment with new creative directions, adding layers of emotional complexity to character prompts
Review and refine prompts to maintain high standards of quality and creativity.
Character Testing and Feature Enhancement:
Test new characters and features, providing feedback on effectiveness and user engagement
Collaborate with the product team to brainstorm and execute new character ideas
Propose creative solutions to elevate user experiences.
Research and Competitor Analysis:
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product designers, developers, and other teams to ensure character prompts meet project requirements
Communicate character needs and ideas to cross-functional teams for cohesive project execution.
Demonstrated experience in prompt engineering, with a strong understanding of crafting prompts for varied AI use cases
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and prompt development techniques
Experience testing and iterating on character-driven content
Exceptional creativity, with a flair for storytelling and character creation
Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
