--- Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Prompt / AI Engineer to design, optimize, and deploy prompts and AI workflows for Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) based applications. The role focuses on maximizing the effectiveness, accuracy, and reliability of AI outputs for enterprise and customer-facing solutions.
--- Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize prompts for LLMs to achieve high-quality and context-aware responses.
· Build and manage prompt templates, chains, and AI workflows for diverse business use cases. · Integrate LLMs into applications using APIs and orchestration frameworks.
· Fine-tune system prompts to improve accuracy, relevance, safety, and performance.
· Work closely with AI Application Developers, ML Engineers, and business teams to translate requirements into effective AI interactions.
· Test, evaluate, and continuously improve prompts based on user feedback and performance metrics.
· Implement guardrails, validation mechanisms, and best practices for responsible AI usage. ·Document prompt designs, workflows, and AI behavior for maintainability and scalability.
--- Required Skills & Qualifications ·
2+ years of experience working with AI, GenAI, or LLM-based systems.
· Strong hands-on experience in prompt engineering and LLM interaction design.
· Proficiency in Python and experience consuming AI/LLM APIs.
· Familiarity with platforms such as OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Hugging Face / Anthropic. ·
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
· Understanding of NLP concepts and AI response evaluation techniques.
· Ability to experiment, analyze outputs, and iterate for continuous improvement.
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

· Experience building GenAI-powered enterprise applications.
· Exposure to RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures.
· Knowledge of LLMOps / MLOps concepts.
· Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
· Understanding of AI ethics, safety, and governance.
